What locations do you provide your service?
Any U.S. based business can qualify for our electronic transaction services. Merchants can receive payments internationally from their customers.
What is a batch?
When a transaction is run an authorization is performed and the funds are placed in reserve on the customer's account. Funds are not moved from the customer's account until the batch of transactions is closed. Closing the batch will initiate the credit card processor to move the funds from the customer to the merchant's account. Gateways will close batches automatically every evening, credit card terminals and POS systems may be setup for either manual or automatic closure of batches.
What is an authorization only transaction?
An authorization only transaction reserves the amount on the customer's account but will not move the funds to the merchant's account. Another capture transaction will need to be run to transfer the funds.
How do I view my statements online?
The website to see statements online will vary based on your merchant number. Your merchant number will be on your statement. Merchant number beginning with:

How do I integrate payments into my existing non-shopping cart website?
A gateway is required to accept payments through a website. Instructions for the eProcessing Network gateway are available here and information for the Global Gateway is available here.
How do I configure my shopping cart?
From the payment administration area of your shopping cart you will choose your payment gateway your account is setup with, it will then ask for information from the payment gateway.
For Authorize.net click here for instructions for obtaining the API login and transaction key.
For eProcessing Network, use your username/account number and the restrict key which can be found under processing control once you login.
What is an SSL certificate?
An SSL certificate is used to encrypt the connection between a user's computer and the server your website is hosted on. A payment gateway then provides an encrypted connection between your server and the credit card processor. Check with your hosting provider for information on getting an SSL certificate for your website.
