eProcessing Network

For video guides to using all eProcessing Network products visit the tour guide available at www.eprocessingnetwork.com/tourguide. All eProcessing Network accounts include an online browser based virtual terminal for keyed or swiped transactions plus these other standard features:

  • Online terminal - Process transactions from any computer with a web browser and Internet connection.
  • Activity reports - View or download as a csv file reports of previously run transactions.
  • Batch upload of transactions from a csv file.
  • Recurring Billing - Setup automatic subscription payments for a specified time or until you delete the transaction. 
  • Card on file - All previously processed cards are stored on the gateway. Look up any previous transaction by the customer name to process another charge without requesting payment information each time.
  • Order form/donation/payments page generator - Also called a one page shopping cart. Answer simple questions about the number of products, pricing and description and webpage code is generated automatically ready to upload to your website. Customers are directed to a secure site to enter payment information enabling merchants to easily accept payments from their website without establishing a secure site to collect payment information.   • Third party shopping cart integration - Check with your shopping cart provider for payment gateway compatibility with eProcessing Network.

Optional Add-on features:

  • ePN Cart - Like the order form generator but allows for multiple product pages and storing products while a customer browses your site.
  • ePNJPOS - Windows based virtual terminal software. Advantages over web browser based terminals include support for PIN debit, allows employers to restrict employees web browsing and does not log out due to inactivity. Licensed per computer it allows for an unlimited number of clerks with customizable permissions for running credits, voids, etc.
  • ePN Inventory - Orders can be built through the online terminal, ePNJPOS, or ePNCart and inventory levels will be updated as the transaction is approved.
  • QuickBooks integration - Process transactions directly from within QuickBooks. Versions supported are 2006 and newer, Pro, Premier and Enterprise.
